Alternatives: Due to the nature of service businesses, online courses and digital content, refunds are sometimes limited, but I strive to give you the best possible experience. If a service or digital item doesn't meet your expectations - or if schedule challenges or unexpected circumstances arise - I will personally assist you with alternatives and solutions. Frequently, there are many opportunities to resolve any challenge that will create a positive outcome.

IF **HOLLY** CANCELS any session (due to illness, injury or other emergency or in the case that a class does not meet minimum enrollment), we will
schedule a makeup date
find a substitute teacher/practitioner
provide an alternative (another class time, event, online course, etc.)
If those options are unavailable or schedule issues prevent them, you will receive a full refund. Simply contact me and your refund will be processed within 48 hours. Please note: After I process your refund, WIX (my web payment system) and your bank may place holds and the full process may take a few extra business days before appearing in your account.
IF **YOU** CANCEL your session, rescheduling is **almost** always available. I can **usually** make it up or give you a credit - 99% of the time. Often makeups are offered as a group workshop/masterclass or by tacking extra time onto a few lessons (if there is a gap before or after your lesson).
The 99% MAKEUP GUARANTEE Why 99% - why not 100%?
Schedules are tricky - I get it! I am compassionately aware that life is busy and surprises don’t check your calendar first. We can reschedule for ** almost ** all circumstances - even last minute emergencies - 99% guaranteed.🙂👍
The 1% leeway is a healthy boundary I hold so that I don’t fill every second of my free time with makeups. (I love you all dearly, but I need breaks too!)
Typically, the only times I don’t reschedule are when
absences become too frequent
another event (such as a football game or party) takes precedence over our previous commitment and a client/student cancels without advanced notice
I have scheduled makeups and those were rescheduled too
I have offered many rescheduling options and the schedule still doesn’t work
A no-show for your makeup (no courtesy call) is a forfeit, with the exception of a major emergency.
The 1% exception means that I won’t 100% guarantee that I will bend over backward and over-complicate my own schedule - or miss out on valuable down time - to make up for situations that suggest lack of dedication or lack of respect for my time.
The 99% Reschedule Policy creates a win-win agreement that values both your time AND mine. It means we're always working together as a team and agree to a respectful relationship where accountability and time management are a 2-way street.
MEMBERSHIP: You can cancel future billing cycles for a weekly or monthly membership at any time. and no further billing will occur. Just log in to your account & follow these instructions
PAYMENT PLAN: No refund available after grace period. (See “What’s the difference between PACKAGES, MEMBERSHIPS & PAYMENT PLANS?”)

☝️ SINGLE EVENTS & ONE TIME SERVICES
Definitions: Single Events or One-Time Services, include (but are not limited to)
single session appointments: coaching, meditation, hypnosis, intuitive readings, etc.

family fun events & parties
holiday events & parties
homeschool events & parties
summer camps & school break camps
Refund Policies for Single Events & One-Time Services:
14+ days * PRIOR * to the start date a single event, one-time service appointment, workshop or camp, you can receive a full refund. Simply contact me and your refund will be processed within 48 hours.
7-13 days * PRIOR * to the start date a single event, one-time service appointment, workshop or camp, you can receive a 50% refund Simply contact me and your refund will be processed within 48 hours.
* 0-6 days PRIOR to the start date nor AFTER attending* a single event, one-time service appointment, workshop or camp, no refund can be offered.
A full refund is not available when one or more of the following is true:
Your appointment slot has been reserved and is no longer available for others to book
Prep time has been spent on your class or session which is factored into tuition and service rates
Supplies have been purchased for your class or session and may not be eligible for return
🔂 RECURRING MEMBERSHIPS & SERVICE PACKAGES
When you enroll in a membership (like monthly voice lessons or a monthly online class) or package (like a coaching package or meditation package), you can redeem your sessions via the booking system.
Refund Policies for Recurring Memberships & Service Packages:
* PRIOR * to scheduling a service by using your membership or package, you can receive a full refund (i.e. you purchased a plan, but no sessions have been redeemed in the booking system) Simply contact me and your refund will be processed within 48 hours.
* AFTER * your first service has been booked, no refund can be offered because once a service cycle has started:
Your appointment slot has been reserved and is no longer available for others to book
You have received a discounted rate for your commitment to multiple appointments
You have reserved my preparation time for your class or session - which is factored into tuition and service rates

14+ days * PRIOR * to your party or cake reservation date you can receive a FULL REFUND of your deposit Simply contact me and your refund will be processed within 48 hours.
7 to 13 days * PRIOR * to your party or cake reservation date you can receive a 50% REFUND because:
I have reserved this special time for planning and delivering your service, limiting availability for others to book
Simply contact me and your refund will be processed within 48 hours.
No refund can be offered *0 to 6 days PRIOR nor AFTER* your party date or cake delivery because:
You have reserved my time for planning, selecting and purchasing supplies and delivering your service, which also limits availability for others to book
Some purchased materials and supplies may not be returnable
💻 ONLINE COURSES, ONLINE SERVICES & DIGITAL ITEMS
Definitions:
ONLINE COURSES include
Zoom courses, workshops, masterclasses & tutorials
Prerecorded audio or video courses, workshops, masterclasses & tutorials
DIGITAL ITEMS include (but are not limited to)
PDF mini courses
email mini courses
recorded meditations or hypnosis tracks
affirmation cards or videos
ONLINE SERVICES include (but are not limited to)
ZOOM Services: private coaching calls, private lessons, spiritual advisory, etc.
EMAIL or TEXT Services: tarot readings, dream interpretations, spiritual advisory, email coaching (self love, mindset, confidence, etc.)
Refund Policies for Online Courses, Online Services & Digital Items
Each ONLINE COURSE (live or prerecorded) has its own refund policy stated in the description.
MOST courses are refundable prior to the start date and SOME have a satisfaction guarantee for 7 to 30 days beyond the start date, depending on the course length and investment.
If you have questions about the refund policy for your particular course, please inquire *prior* to enrolling. Once you enroll in an online course, the course policy (as stated in the description) is in effect.

Due to the nature of ONLINE SERVICES & DIGITAL ITEMS, most cannot be refunded or exchanged.
I want you to have a great experience and feel good about your purchase, so I'm here to personally support you and help you find solutions if your online course, digital item or online service doesn't meet your expectations.

PACKAGES are paid in full for a set of services and you can redeem the service at any time
EXAMPLE: 10-pack of classes where you can schedule only the 10 particular dates that you can attend)
MEMBERSHIPS are automatically billed in weekly or monthly installments after your first installment (at enrollment). You can cancel anytime and no further billing will occur.
EXAMPLE: a student signs up for monthly voice lessons and takes a break for summer
PAYMENT PLANS are installments offered on programs that require a large investment (such as a multi-week coaching package).
INVESTMENT: You commit to the full purchase price for the entire session, but have it budgeted into several affordable payments.
GRACE PERIOD: Most large courses have a grace period (7-30 days, varies by program) in which you can receive a full refund. After the grace period, you are responsible for all installments and the full course investment.
EXAMPLE: You sign up for a 7-week Anxiety Hacking course with personalized attention, coaching calls and weekly support. The full investment is $777 if you pay in full - or you can use the payment plan to divide the cost into 7 weekly installments of $111. Either way, you are committed to the full investment of $777. This is not a membership and future installments cannot be canceled. This ensures the integrity of the program, attracts only committed attendees and reserves this valuable time to allow for individual attention within a smaller group.
You can transfer your unused or partially used membership or service package to a friend if you’re unable to use it.
To transfer your package to another person, simply contact me and I’ll log them into the system and transfer the credits
