This method uses the hero's journey & symbolism from The Wizard of Oz to help you discover your Optimal Zone (OZ)... a magical alignment with who you truly are & what you truly want. You'll learn how to weather the storms, defeat wicked challenges, tame the flying monkeys in your mind, and follow your unique path - making friends with your mind, heart, and personal power along the way. And when you reach your "OZ", you'll discover your magic. My role is to be your Glinda - and teach you that "You had the power all along, my dear. You just needed to learn it for yourself." OZ Journeys can include ay of the following: Heart & Soul Calibration Coaching - healing grief or depression, improving relationships, nurturing self care & self love, and calibrating to your Soul's infinite wisdom. Meditation & Anxiety Hacking - discover your Zen Zone and find inner peace with easy modern meditation styles, mindfulness, breathwork & somatics (body calming & body-mind-heart coherence) plus other lifehacks for anxiety and stress relief. Tarot/Intuitive Coaching - sessions include mindset, self love , empowerment and authenticity coaching guided by tarot readings, intuitive readings & other divination tools such as crystals, spirit signs, etc. Hypno-Coaching - a modern blend of hypnosis/hypnotherapy & mindset coaching to help you defeat subconscious blocks, improve your outlook and achieve goals. Past life regression hypnotherapy is also available. Spiritual Exploration & Advisory - Discover & strengthen your spiritual gifts (e.g. the 4 Clairs). Explore Universal Laws (including Law of Attraction), spirit signs (angel numbers, spirit animals, synchronicity, etc.) and dream interpretation. Ask deep questions and tune in with your Spirit guides.
