ARRIVAL
All Students: Please arrive between 1:30 - 1:45pmโฐ
Singers: Please warm up beforehand. Drink lots of water & take allergy meds if needed - there will be plants & fresh flowers.
PARKING
Parking is crowdedโผ๏ธ This event is well-attended. Arrive early to find a spot, situate your little ones, use the bathroom, etc.
You may want to have extended family carpool with you - or give them notice so they allow enough time to park & walk.

SEATING & RECORDINGS
Space is limitedย so please leave strollers/bulky items outside if possible.
Please use handheld cameras only - no tripods for flow of foot traffic. I'll set up my tripod and send you links to recordings.
