ARRIVAL

• All Students: Please arrive between 1:30 - 1:45pm⏰

• Singers: Please warm up beforehand. Drink lots of water & take allergy meds if needed - there will be plants & fresh flowers.

PARKING

• Parking is crowded‼️ This event is well-attended. Arrive early to find a spot, situate your little ones, use the bathroom, etc.

  
  

• You may want to have extended family carpool with you - or give them notice so they allow enough time to park & walk.

• No sound check - show up ready to perform!

• I will be performing after students finish to fill up our time.

SEATING & RECORDINGS

• Space is limited so please leave strollers/bulky items outside if possible.

• Please use handheld cameras only - no tripods for flow of foot traffic. I'll set up my tripod and send you links to recordings.
