🛝 Recess & playground breaks for making friends & having tons of fun!

And the best part is, kids will explore their own imagination, and work together as an ensemble to create a magical performance to remember!

Campers also receive a keepsake video with special effects added! ✨🎥 🍿

🚩IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT REGISTRATION

Theatre camps are popular and usually fill quickly. REGISTER EARLY to guarantee your child’s spot. Space is limited to 12 campers. In previous years, many camps have maxxed out, and one even had a waiting list of 19 kids! 😲

Enroll now to ensure your child will be on the stage, not on the waiting list!

Experienced or new? ALL Performers Welcome!

This camp is designed for any kid who enjoys singing, acting & using their imagination as part of a collaborative group experience.

Whether your camper is new to theatre or an experienced performer, there’s a place for everyone in our ensemble.

Future Broadway stars will have opportunities for lead roles, vocal solos or dance acts, while shy kids can perform in the ensemble as a supporting cast member.

Not a singer/dancer? No problem!

We need great actors and comic relief for funny skits plus creative crew members to help with sets, props, costumes & special effects.

🤸‍♀️ 🎹 🤹 Got another talent? Bring it!

Past shows have included magic acts, piano pieces, gymnastic skills, juggling and more! Your creative ideas are always welcome & will delight the audience on Friday.

❓FAQ's❓

How many students are in each camp?

Enrollment is intentionally limited to keep the experience personal and high quality.

Smaller groups allow students to:

  • Receive more individual attention

  • Have meaningful stage time

  • Build strong ensemble teamwork

  • Gain confidence in a supportive environment

What does my child need to bring?

EVERY DAY campers need to bring:

💦 a water bottle!!!

✌🏻 2 snacks for morning & afternoon breaks

🥪 a ready-to-eat lunch - no microwave access

🪄 Re: Costumes, Props & Sets

Ms. Holly will bring the majority of supplies, but children may be asked to bring items from home to help design costumes, props, or sets as part of their creative experience.

What if my child has allergies? / Is camp nut-free? 🥜🍤

How many students are in each camp? How many students are in each camp? How many students are in each camp? How many students are in each camp? This varies in each camp based on the specific students enrolled in each camp.

All parents must indicate allergies on the enrollment form. Because these are small boutique-style camps, food policies are customized (per camp) based on allergies within the group. Families will receive an email closer to the start of camp letting them know if a food allergy requires nut-free or other safety precautions. We want camp to be fun for all!

Is the performance free to attend?

Yes! The final performance is completely free.

Parents, grandparents, family, and friends are all welcome to attend and celebrate the students’ creativity come to life!

🎭 Please invite anyone who would enjoy seeing the show. We love a good audience! 👏👏👏

Is before or aftercare available?

Childcare options are not available. This program is designed as an intimate enrichment experience for students who genuinely love the arts and may not suit every family. We do allow other adults to pick up, so parents sometimes carpool or have friends or family members drop off and pick up within the scheduled camp hours.

Can my child be partnered with their friend/sibling during camp? 👫

Absolutely! Many students love enrolling with a friend or sibling, and it can help kids feel comfortable trying something new.

Because our camps are small boutique groups, friends can easily stay together throughout activities and rehearsals.

In larger camps, students are often placed into different groups and it isn’t always possible to keep friends together. One advantage of our smaller ensemble-style camp is that students can enjoy the experience with friends they already know while also making new ones.

✨ Many of our best camp groups form when friends sign up together, so feel free to invite classmates, neighbors, or cousins who might love the experience too.

My child is most comfortable around kids their own age. Can I find out the ages?

Feel free to contact me about currently enrolled ages. And the best way to guarantee other kids are your child's age is to enroll with a friend!

This camp is designed for students ages 8–12yrs who all enjoy singing, acting, dancing, and creative expression. Keeping the age range narrow helps ensure activities are developmentally appropriate and that students can collaborate comfortably as an ensemble.

My child just turned 13. Can they still enroll?

Possibly. It depends on a combination of the current enrollment ages and your child’s personality.

A thoughtful, mature 13-year-old can sometimes be a wonderful addition to the group, especially if there are several students on the upper end of the age group. Older students may occasionally have opportunities to help support younger campers in a “junior leader” or mentor role.

A few things to consider:

  • Is your child kind, patient, and encouraging with younger students?

  • Do they enjoy helping others rather than taking over?

  • Are they able to take direction well and work as part of a team?

  • Can they model positive behavior and encouragement for younger campers?

Any leadership moments are always guided by the instructor, and students are expected to remain respectful and collaborative with the entire group.

✨ Please email before enrolling so we can make sure the camp will be a great fit for your child and the group. If the age range was on the younger end, it may not be a good fit and private lessons may be a better performance option.

My child is 7. Can they still enroll?

Sometimes. It depends on a combination of the current enrollment ages and your child’s personality, maturity, and experience.

The age mix of the group can also be a determining factor. If several students are around 8-9yrs, a 7-year-old may fit beautifully. If the group skews older, it may not be the best experience for a 7yo.

Because the camp moves at a fast pace and includes choreography, staging, and group rehearsals, students must be at least age 7 to be considered for this program.

Some 7-year-olds thrive in this environment, especially if they are:

  • Outgoing and confident

  • Already passionate about acting, singing, or dancing

  • Often described as mature for their age

  • Comfortable interacting with slightly older kids

  • Close to the age cutoff (for example 7½ rather than just turned 7)

  • Already involved in theatre, voice lessons, or performing

Please email before enrolling so we can determine whether the camp will be the right fit.

My child is younger than 7yrs. Are there options for them?

Yes! While this camp is designed for ages 8–11, younger performers have several wonderful options.

Many students ages 4–6 begin with private lessons, where we nurture their love of music, acting, and creative expression in a fun, personalized way.

We are also happy to explore adding small-group classes or camps for younger performers, such as:

  • Ages 4–6

  • Ages 5–7

  • Or another group within your child’s age range

✨ Have a small group of friends who would love to do something together?

If you have 3 or more children interested, we’re happy to explore opening a new camp or class date just for your group of friends. Many families love creating their own little theatre crew with neighbors, homeschool groups, or school friends.

Simply send an email and we’ll see what magical possibilities we can create together. And be sure to join the mailing list to hear about upcoming programs.

Are parent volunteers needed?

Yes! We love parent volunteers. Camp is always more magical when families collaborate.

Volunteer opportunities may include:

  • Costume help

  • Set or prop assistance

  • Performance day support

  • Photography or video help

Teamwork makes the dream work.

The camp I wanted is full. Will you overflow from the waitlist?

Because camps are intentionally small, spots can fill quickly. In previous years, programs like this have filled early and even developed waiting lists of 20+ students. To avoid disappointment, it’s best to register early so your child is on stage and not on the waitlist.

If a camp is already full, you’re welcome to join the waitlist below. And feel free to ask me about other camps or overflow opportunities.

I will sometimes overflow our limit by a few campers (within reason).

And if a wait-list becomes very long, I sometimes open a new camp week for the same camp theme.

Does my child need previous experience to get a lead role?

As long as they have enthusiasm for the arts and a great attitude, they can get a lead!

Lead roles are assigned on a volunteer basis, with the director making the final call to make sure everyone has equal opportunity to shine!

This camp is for all skill levels. No prior experience is required.

However, experienced actors may be assigned the hardest lines or an experienced singer may be assigned a song requiring more skill. But everyone can have a lead during the show thanks to rotating casts and a variety of scenes and songs.

And ALL students should have a genuine interest in singing, acting, dancing, and participating in group creative activities. Camp is designed for any child who loves the idea of performing and/or using their imagination.

My kid isn't into the arts, but I'd like them to experience musical theatre camp. Is that ok?

This camp is designed for any child who loves the idea of performing and/or using their imagination. Most kids have a creative side, so it's very possible they could enjoy the camp.

If they're extremely resistant to the idea, or have too much fear, it may not be the best fit. But with encouragement at home and a positive attitude, there's usually aspects of camp that they will enjoy.

Please contact me before enrolling to chat about your child's interests and strengths (as well as any resistance or fear) and we'll see what we can do to help your child grow in arts appreciation! With the right information and parent collaboration, I can usually get any kid on board!

How is gender information used in the program?

Let’s start by saying this: 🌈 All gender identities are welcome here! 🫶

In group programs, gender information (along with other details you provide) helps us understand the group dynamic, plan costumes & props, and shape the creative direction of the show.

For example:

• An all-girl group might inspire a fun “girl power” theme

• More boys might lead to researching ideas for additional male lead characters

• A mixed or diverse group might spark a wider variety of characters, styles, and creative ideas — maybe even lend itself to more of a variety show than a single throughline

And if your child identifies as nonbinary or in another way, this gives us the opportunity to connect with you ahead of time so we can make sure they feel fully comfortable, included, and supported in every aspect of the experience.

Also, gender identity will not exclude any child from playing a specific role. Your child can be considered for any character they love, even if the role is traditionally a different gender. After all, Peter Pan is almost always played by a woman on Broadway! A character is just that — a character… that’s what costumes are for!

Restrooms are not sorted by gender. Our restrooms are single occupancy, and only one child is allowed in at a time.

✨ Please feel free to add notes on your form or reach out directly if you’d like to share anything that will help us support your child.
