Details
This "Body Wise, Body Calm" sound bath is for anyone wanting to calm their body's anxiety and fight-or-flight response, relieve aches & pains, and sleep better.
Tense, tight muscles or restless leg syndrome? Aches & pains? The body carries a ton of stress & stores emotional trauma. Learn how to release it daily with simple movements & gentle breathwork.
We'll focus on body awareness & body scans to locate tension and release it and some simple Qigong (chee-gong) exercises - a type of yogic movement to release blocked or stagnant energy causing emotional & physical discomfort.
We'll also explore intuitive somatics - one of my favorite ways to release stress, tension & pain through meditative movement & your own natural inner healing abilities that come from diving deep into your awareness & the soul version of you (sometimes called your "inner being").
After we do this initial release, you can melt a little more stress away with a singing bowl sound bath.
You will leave this session feeling ultra-relaxed & rejuvenated!!!

GENERAL INFO
Sound Bath Meditation is one of the easiest ways to meditate deeply even without any prior meditation experience. The galaxy lights & ambience of soft candlelight set the mood for relaxation, while guided meditation and the ethereal sounds of the instruments and soft vocals help you easily slip into a meditative trance state.
Sound baths aren't just heard, they're felt... in every cell of your body.
Sound baths on YouTube are relaxing to hear, but a sound bath in person is a next-level experience!
We are made of 60% water and every water molecule and atom in your body vibrates. Higher vibrations raise mood and stimulate "happy hormones" like serotonin and the calming hormone melatonin to produce better sleep. The vibrations you experience can relax your mind & body, restore your energy, and can even replenish you more than sleep!

WHAT TO WEAR👕
Come as you are. Leave feeling relaxed & rejuvenated.
Dress comfortably. No special clothing needed.
Some guests like to remove shoes. Socks are recommended so you don't get too cold.
WHAT TO BRING
☑️ a yoga mat & small pillow - a sound bath is best experienced lying comfortably on your back. If that's not comfortable for you, feel free to sit. Chairs are available or you can use a sitting meditation pose.
☑️ a blanket or throw & cozy socks - Body temperature naturally drops during this relaxing meditation, so bring what you need to stay cozy & warm. Becoming too cold will distract the mind and prevent (or break) the meditative state.
☑️ a water bottle to hydrate afterward (optional)
☑️ an open mind, heart & spirit ready to be filled with good vibes & magical moments

Doors open 10 minutes before your event and will be locked 5 minutes after start time to ensure an uninterrupted, beautiful meditation state for guests.
