ARRIVAL
Students need to arrive by 12:30pm⏰
Arrive early to find a parking spot, get settled & use the bathrooms if needed.
ENTRANCE
When you enter the property from King Springs Rd, go straight (bearing slightly left) at the fork.
‼️Parking is typically pretty full. You may want to carpool if bringing additional family members.
Enter at the first green awning labeled 404-1
SEATING & RECORDINGS
Please reserve prime seats for Delmar residents. This is a special treat for them and our community service gift. We want to make it enjoyable for residents by making it easy for them to see the performers.
Space is limited so please leave strollers/bulky items outside if possible.
Please use handheld cameras only - no tripods. We need to keep the aisles clear.
I'll set up my tripod and send you links to recordings.
