ARRIVAL
Students: Please arrive between 1:45 - 2:00pm⏰
Singers, please warm up beforehand. Drink lots of water & take allergy meds if needed - there will be fresh flowers!
PARKING
Parking was crowded last year ‼️ This event is well-attended, so I suggest you arrive closer to 1:45 to find a spot, situate your little ones, use the bathroom, etc. You may want to have extended family carpool - or give them notice about allowing time to park.
PERFORMANCES
🎵 12:00 - 12:50 Sound Bath (Holly)
🎵 2:00 - 2:20pm Ella Tate Acoustic Guitar & Vocals
⚠️IMPORTANT NOTE⚠️While Ella performs from 2:00 - 2:20pm, I will be "Mom", not "Ms. Holly", so plan to arrive by 1:45pm if you think you might need my attention.
🎵 2:30 - 3:00pm Student Performances (and I plan to sing at the end)
No sound check.
Order of performance TBA. No printed programs this time, but I'll email it in advance so you know your spot.
SEATING & RECORDINGS
Space is limited so please leave strollers/bulky items outside if possible.
Please use handheld cameras only - no tripods for flow of foot traffic
I'll set up my tripod and send you links to recordings
